libghc-xml-dev software package provides A simple Haskell XML library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-xml-dev
libghc-xml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-xml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-xml-dev *
You will get with libghc-xml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
